Where have I been?

I know you are probably wondering what happened? You used to post up here often and then poof! Disappeared... Well I admit, and apologize for not posting, I had lots of family with illnesses, recent deaths in family. And if you have been following me on any of my platforms( this included) stress and me don't go together with me well. Depression sucks! Anxiety sucks! Grief sucks! But I have to get back on the horse. I would like to tell you about things I discovered, new things that inspire me, etc.

Oh, and you have probably noticed that my blog name has changed to ANXIOUSLYCROCHET.BLOGSPOT.COM .

I decided to include anxious in the title plus crochet. It has what I am battling but with a passion I love. There will be patterns up here and printables from my https://payhip.com/AnxiouslyCrochethttps://payhip.com/AnxiouslyCrochet store as well.

So what have I been up too? Well, I'm going to make this year better. Notice I said I'm going to make this year better. I didn't say I would try. You must state it out loud so that it can become true! No it's not any magic potion, just stating things on how I want them to be. What us anxious thinkers have to do ( or learn to do) is to start being positive. Much harder said than done right? I hear you on that one. This month will focus on keys to success to help with being anxious, and do some crafting that help bring spirits up. In my next post I will be discussing on 2 things: 1: Helpful ways to help anxious minds, and 2: A cool project to work on.
